The company originated with Westland Catering AS, whose responsibilities included provisioning services for the development projects at Statoil Mongstad, KCC Hanøytangen and Statoil Tjeldbergodden.

Provisioning services
SPN can point to over 30 years’ experience in catering and provisioning services with clients that include the leading players in Norwegian industry. We have worked on several of Norway’s largest oil-related development projects including Statoil Mongstad, Statoil Kollsnes, Statoil Tjeldbergodden, Umoe Haugesund, Aker Yards Tomrefjord, Selmer ASA, Hydro Sunndalsøra, Statoil Melkøya and Ormen Lange Hydro. Our service package consist of the following services: provisioning administration, kitchen and canteen management, reception services, cleaning services, janitorial and maintenance services, transport services, welfare services, secretarial services, messenger and storage services and security services.
Canteen services
We are a major supplier of canteen services to industry in Bergen. During 1999, we invested a lot of resources in developing a new canteen concept. In addition to adapting to market trends, our development work was conducted on the basis of our constant focus on innovation and further development. This was developed further following the merger of our Bergen canteens with ISS Facility Services AS in 2001. We offer our guests new and exciting concepts, but traditional canteen products are always available.
Quality assurance/HSE
All services offered by SPN are certified according to NS-EN ISO 9001:2000. An emphasis on quality assurance and high levels of service to our customers are important elements of our business plan.
